Company Wide Signature Management - What to choose?
Hello and greetings from Portugal!
I'm trying to select a company wide signature management.
For the moment my shortlist is Sigsync, CodeTwo and Exclaimer.
Does anyone have any experience with one of them that can provide some feedback?

Sigsync is better in Support and was cheaper to me than CodeTwo.

Greetings! I've been using Sigsync Office 365 email signature software for a while now, so I can share a bit from my experience.
Setup was straightforward, and signatures applied consistently across Outlook Desktop, OWA, and mobile, with no additional software installed on user machines. The dynamic fields automatically pull user details (name, title, phone, etc.) from Microsoft 365, which saved us a lot of manual work. Reply signatures appear directly under the latest reply rather than only at the bottom of the thread, which was important for us. Support has also been responsive whenever we've reached out.
I haven't used CodeTwo or Exclaimer in production, so I can't give you a direct comparison — both are well-known in this space. My suggestion would be to run short trials with two or three options on a pilot group and see which one fits best with your environment and budget.
