Build Number Not Updating

Exchange 2016 CU23.  The build number shows as 15.1.2507.17 in both Exchange Admin Center and Exchange Management Shell.  I have installed 4 SU's since installing .17 (.21, .23, .27, .32).  They all show in Windows Updates Install History.  It looks to me like my current build should be 15.1.2507.32.  Has anyone encountered this?

I have an Exchange 2019 server, My question is why the Build number has not changed after installing the Exchange CU14 SU1 (KB5036401) update successfully on the server it still shows an older build number Version 15.2 (Build 1544.4) instead of 15.2.1544.9

      File Version 15.1.2507.32
      Product Version 15.01.2507.032
Any way to get Admin Center and Management Shell to reflect that version?

My reason for looking into this in the first place is that I want to delete some large files that look like they are specific to each version. I want to make sure it doesn't break anything if they are still being referenced.
      C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\Owa The directories are named 15.1.2507.17, .21 etc.

      THANKS!

        Hi,
still there is no option to get the actual build number via Exchange PS/ECP or PS Exchange Online Get-OnPremServerReportInfo...

Like all others mentioned, the ExSetup.exe (X:\<ExchangeInstallPath>\Exchange Server\V15\)/ HealthChecker or installed KBA under programs can be used.

We ran into a throttling due to an old version. Confused, bc this was my first EX Update and the shell tells me the old patch...

I noticed that the Built Versin also can be checked via the Exchange Online Admin Center ->
("Exchange Online Admin Center>Berichte>E-Mail-Fluss>Veraltete Verbindung mit lokalen Exchange-Servern" | "Exchange Online Admin Center>Reports>Email Flow>Outdated connection to on-premises Exchange servers").
