Block Online Archive from delegated users outlook
One of our Executive assistants has requested that the online archive mailboxes of users whom she is a delegate for not show up in her outlook. Is there any way I can help her to achieve this as an admin?
The Online Archive will only appear if you have granted her Full Access permissions WITH Automapping on the delegate mailbox. Simply remove the Automapping permissions and add the delegate to her mailbox manually.

In online archive that operation need to be done directly in their Mailbox.
