About Exchange 2016 address book. (Client cache mode)

1.

Exchange 2016

Connect to the Exchange admin center > organization > address lists > Default Global Address List > Edit > Preview recipients in the global address list includes… > Locate the user.

 

I was not able to find new created user on the above preview. (user account created weeks ago.)

Also some client was not able to see the newly created user on the address book.

 

 

Online mode does see all the info.

Any ideas or guides to force update on server side or client ?

 

2.

On cache mode client, User mailbox was full. 

After deleting mails to reduce size, it still shows the same error. (Mailbox full)

 

Change to online mode, it shows the normal size.
