year not recognized in excel formula
Hi there,
I ham trying to create formula based on a date but the year is not recognized : knowing that I tried many formatting . for year I have tried YYYY YY yy and still always same issue. Also I checked that the cell data type is date. I get the day and month formatted but the year. Could you please help ?

Which characters are used to format for years in Excel depends on your choice of region. For me (in NL) it is jjjj
- I have it exactly the same as you. and I have used yyyy but still did not worked
odd enough it worked this way : '" & TEXT(S2; "mm-dd-e") !!!!- I apologize, in Excel I must use "jjjj" to get it to work, my answer is wrong!
