MS TEAMS error to signout

Hi good day, I've use this account for audit purposes but I cannot log in again an error runs. I'll try to sign out but it doesn't works. And also, I'll try to reboot the ms team app to my loptop and install again but it doest work again. So Coul help me to fix my ms team app.
