XLookup Return Array trouble
I’m trying to use an XLookup Function to type an employee name in a weekly schedule and have the time next to their name display on a different sheet for them to use instead of typing it all manually.
Everytime I type someone’s name for one of the shifts the return value shows the time for the Morning and the Evening of the shift when I only want one or the other to display.
How would I make it to show the one time instead of both?

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
