Xlookup not available at all - Excel 365, version 2002, compilation 12527.20278
- Mar 21, 2020
Based on screenshot that's Office 365 Home or like, at least not ProPlus. For it you may switch from default (semi-annual or like) to insiders channel using second button menu, but it's grayed. I also can't understand what exactly the texts says, something about Windows 7. Most probably that's something about end of support of Windows 7 in Jan this year. With that you can't update the channel for Office365 if only you are not subscribed on paid Window 7 support which will continue another couple of years.
Above is my guess. What is for sure - build number doesn't matter, you have access to new functionality on channel basis. You may have exactly the same build on two different channels and you will have different functionality on these channels with it. Build number only means you have the code for this or that functionality within the build, but it is activated depends on which channel you are.
Thusd first you need to find a way how to activate the second button. Perhaps the link near it helps.
Open an Excel workbook > Click on File > Click on Account
You will be able to see aye channel of the Office 365 you're using. Kindly perform the steps above, screenshot and upload the image for me to see..

- CryostratosMar 21, 2020Copper ContributorIt looks like you are correct. It seems renewal of my subscription was a waste of money then...

This holds the answer, as you said. Thank you very much.

Sorry, I couldn't understand the language of your Office 365.. I only speak and understand English. Nevertheless, as I said in previous replies, if your Office 365 is on monthly channel, definitely you will have XLOOKUP and all the new Dynamic Array functions such as FILTER, SORT, SPRTBY etc...
Just ensure your click on Update Now and watch out for the XLOOKUP function available to you
Regards,
