Thank you! These are subtle problems and it is not obvious ( at least not in 2026!) that you need reboot your computer in order to resolve them. This week, Microsoft OneNote stopped syncing to the cloud and I will be checking now to see whether it is a similar issue with licensing.
Such behaviours are difficult to troubleshoot because there is no error message or hint to point out a licensing issue - normal functions just inexplicably stop working...
