wrong values on graph

Hi,   I have a graph line and 2 out of 4 lines have wrong values on the graph... how is this possible and how can I fix it?

    Thank you JKPieterse, Riny_van_Eekelen found exactly was happening so I can do it again now. Thank you again and I'll try to be more specific next time.
