I had a similar problem. In my first column, I had the ticker symbol. I used that to generate the rest of my data. It kept giving me the wrong equity on a different exchange. So in the first column, I deleted the ticker symbol and placed instead the written name of the company that I am seeking. It worked. It then recognized what I was searching for. I hope it works for you too.

THIS worked for me. The company I want is IntApp, Inc and trades with ticker INTA. However, if I put INTA in the Excel field, it finds a company that's trading on the FRA exchange (displayed as: INTRACOM S.A. HOLDINGS (XFRA:INTA)). If I then put "Intapp" in the field, it finds what I'm trading (displayed as: INTAPP, INC. (XNAS:INTA)). Now that I know that it's trading on XNAS, putting "XNAS:INTA" also works.
Thanks for posting!
