wrong display of frame lines and letter spacing

Hello Community! I need your help..

Since we installed the new Exel last fall, it turns out that the frame lines (especially the dots) in the export and print is no longer displayed correctly. But also the letters show different distances. I have attached a section of it

What could be the reason for this?
It can't be the PDF Reader, I have already made all the necessary changes and settings there.
