writing formula
well. I need a formula to find out several passive object.
the qustion is that I have three person with three diffrent sallary who should work in passive time for me. but i know The total time that person should work for me is 450 hours. and The contract cost is 60,000,000. also i want pay to first person 1,020,000 second one 890,000 and the third one 750,000.
now I need a formula to estimate each person working hours.
if we consider working hours as A,B,C we have A+B+C=450 and also A<B<C
so (1,020,000 * A)+(890,000 * B)+(750,000 * C)=60,000,000

Hi Kyvan,
Are you sure your figures are correct? Even if we put all 450 Hrs on less paid C person (A=B=0) totally it'll be 450*750,000 = 337,500,000 - much more than your 60,000,000 budget.
Afraid that could be no one formula, but with more correct figures first option in mind is to play with What If analysis using two-dimensional Data Table option.
