Wrapped text not working

Up until last update, my wrapped text in specific cells was working.

Now, anywhere I have wrapped text, it is at default row height.

There are no merged cells. The row height has not been set manually.

All info is pulled from another worksheet.

I have even deleted the entire row / column - set wrap text in format and typed in my information on my main sheet and none of my cells adjust. Any ideas? Did I miss something?

If you are experiencing issues with wrapped text not working as expected in Excel, and you have already ensured that there are no merged cells and that row height has not been set manually, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. AutoFit Row Height: Excel's "Wrap Text" feature should automatically adjust the row height to display the wrapped text properly. To ensure that the row height adjusts automatically, you can try the "AutoFit Row Height" feature. Here is how:
      • Select the rows where you have wrapped text.
      • Right-click on one of the selected rows and choose "Row Height."
      • In the Row Height dialog box, click the "AutoFit" button.
    2. Zoom Level: Sometimes, the zoom level in Excel can affect how text is displayed. Check the zoom level by going to the View tab and adjusting the zoom percentage. See if changing the zoom level affects the wrapped text display.
    3. Check for Hidden Characters: Sometimes, hidden characters (such as extra spaces) can affect how text is wrapped. Make sure there are no hidden characters in the cells with wrapped text. You can use the "TRIM" function to remove leading and trailing spaces.
    4. Reset Excel Options: If the issue persists, it's possible that Excel's settings may have been inadvertently changed. You can try resetting Excel's options to their default settings:
      • Close Excel.
      • Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
      • Type "excel.exe /unregserver" (without quotes) and press Enter.
      • Type "excel.exe /regserver" (without quotes) and press Enter.
      • Reopen Excel and see if the issue is resolved.
    5. Repair or Reinstall Office: If none of the above solutions work, you can try repairing or reinstalling Microsoft Office. This can help resolve issues related to Excel's functionality. You can do this through the Office installer or the Control Panel on your computer.
    6. Check for Excel Updates: Ensure that Excel is up to date by installing any available updates. Outdated software can sometimes have compatibility issues.

The text and the steps are the result of various AI's put together.
