Worksheet options/settings???

I have a workbook with several separate work-sheets.  On only one worksheet I am no loner able to see the bolder line around the cell that I am in.  I'm also not able to highlight all cells (clicking on the box above A1).  It's only with one worksheet.  I can't find how to change it to be like the other sheets.
