Working with web services in Power Query/Excel and Power BI

You can use web services as data sources in Power Query/Excel and Power BI but to do so you need write some M code. In this session, you'll learn how to use the M Web. Contents() function to call web services to make GET and POST requests, how to handle authentication, how to generate JSON to pass to a web service, how to make sure your code runs successfully after it has been published to the Power BI service, and many other useful tips and tricks.
