Word that can make a number appear in another cell

I'm trying to get a number to appear in a cell based on a word selected from a drop down list in another cell. Can this be done?

For example:

In D5 I select the word landfilled. In F5, I want the number 0 to appear.

In D6 I select the word reused. In D6, I want the number 100 to appear
