Windows 10, running 365 so have 365 office. copied excel files from other laptop, on external drive,
files wont open , excel on desktop is white , no name. have same issue with other docs from other laptop that wont open from external hard drive. Both laptops are mine, my docs, my excel spreadsheets.
dont understand what is happening.
Without knowing anything about the digital environment of laptops and PCs, I can only guess.
Is a Bitlocker installed in any laptop or PC?
Are the copied files stored in OneDrive/Sharepoint?
Do you get any message or window when trying to open the files?
Could you add some pictures or the file (without sensitive data) with the problem itself?
