Why does VSTACK work with some pages but not others?
Happy Friday! I'm at my wits end trying to solve this problem. I have a workbook containing 10 sheets. Each sheet is formatted exactly the same and covers exactly the same ranges. I set up page 1...

Tried 1:6, got #REF again, also the formula changed to=VSTACK('1:[6]6'!F71:R79). I didn't mention this in my post that the formula always comes back with the brackets in the array. What's with the brackets? I also get #REF when trying your other suggestions.

Brackets appear if the sheet doesn't exist
- SukiLuLuJun 16, 2023Copper ContributorThat's peculiar. The bracketed sheet does exist though. It's always the second figure in the array. Is there some setting that makes sheets "visible"?

If your shifts are hided you may unhide them from right-click menu on any visible sheet name. Or you mean something else?
- SukiLuLuJun 16, 2023Copper ContributorI understand what you're saying but no there's nothing hidden. Every sheet is fully named, unlocked, and visible. I'm beginning to think there's some little defect in the formats of the bracketed sheets. I duplicated one of the working sheets and copied over the data from the other and it worked! I'm hoping this solves the problem, but if it doesn't I'll reach out again. In the meantime, thank you so much for taking the time to help me 🙂
