Why does my excel look different?
Hi,
My excel is the first image. My coleague's is the second.
Why does his excel has rounded corners? Our versions of excel and windows are the same.

I have just updated to win11 and it's still not rounded! 😞
- There was a time I was also able to get "The newer look" for my Office applications. It was a functionality available under "What's new?" in Word/PowerPoint/Excel. I managed to have rounded edges on Windows 10. My guess is that Microsoft wanted to test the waters and encourage Windows 10 users to switching to W11. Unfortunately, this feature disappeared later.
- Maybe it's a different office design.
Are you sure that you have the same version of Windows? Rounded corners are a feature of Windows 11.
- We both have Windows 10 Business
