*Why* does Excel open focused on cell C5 every time for *my* generated xlsx documents?

1. I'm creating Excel files using ACE.OLEDB - Server side, engine only, no Excel installed on the server.

2. These are simple/trivial 'Excel 12.0 XML' formatted files with just a few columns and rows of simple data.

3. no macros, no VB, just 'plain' XSLX...

 

My issue is -

When opening first-time *any* of these files => on *any* client computer/s with Excel

==> Excel always opens with focus on cell C5.

I'm trying to figure out -

1. Why does this happen? 

2. Is there a way for Ace.OLEDB to create these files to open focused on C1 'normally'? (obviously *without* any VB/Coding involved)
