when I try to print my computer goes to fax and will not print

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Wrong printer set: If you only have the problem when printing with Excel, go to File --> Print --> Printer. It's probably set to fax. Choose your printer and print it out.
- Check the default printer settings if all programs automatically set it to fax when printing. Make sure your default printer is set correctly. Go to the Control Panel or Settings on your computer, find the Printers or Devices and Printers section and make sure the printer you want is set as the default.
- If all this did not help, I recommend providing additional information. Information such as Excel version, operating system, storage medium, printer type, printer connection type. Find out whether the same printer problem occurs with all programs. Whether the printer problem only occurs on a specific page or only in Excel, etc. This can help provide a concrete solution.

NikolinoDE I resolved the issue by switching to a different format of the same printer in my printer listing that were on line.
