What-If Anlysis not in my version?

I have office 365 through a monthly subscription, and need it for a college class on Excel. However, my version is missing several components:

Under File>Options, it shows only regional settings instead of the full range of options it should display.

On the top ribbon, I do not have: Fill or the What-if Analysis/Scenario Manager  (among others)
 - i need all of these in order to complete my assignments. Do I have the wrong version? My instructor tells me that I am the only one in class having this issue and does not know how to help me.

    This suggests that you're using the online (browser) version of Excel.

    You should use the desktop version (on Windows or Mac) instead.
