what happened to "value from cells"?

I am having same issue - where has it gone!
As Patrick2788 remarked, make sure that your workbook is not an Excel 97-2003 workbook (*.xls), but a standard Excel workbook (*.xlsx).
'Labels from Cells' is not available in an Excel 97-2003 workbook.
