Weird window sizing
Whenever I navigate away from excel into another window then this happens to my open excel window. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times and it keeps occuring. This just started recently. ...

You may have tried this but I will go through the motions, have you tried toggling to a different Workbook view help reset the sheet view (bottom right of the Excel window or in the View tab)?
