Weird type of row that I want gone but don't know what it's called.
So I got this template right, and one of the rows is special, it doesn't scroll when I scroll it just stays on the page, I can't delete it, and it's got a white arrow so I can filter stuff. It'd be perfect for a header kind of row. But I don't want it, I want to get rid of it, or at least the feature where it doesn't scroll down with me, but preferably just get rid of the type of row altogether.

Wyn Hopkins that seems to have done the trick, but now I got this second split window where the frozen row used to be.
- Maybe try the split button next to freeze panes. If not then can you post a screenshot. Thanks
