Weird email "conversion" of a .xlsx attachment
I sent someone an Excel spreadsheet recently as an email attachment, and when he clicked on the attachment to open it, this is what came up on his end. I've never seen anything like this before, but ...
UPDATE: Good news! I found the answer on my own from the email sender. This was a screen shot of instructions on how to create an Excel spreadsheet using formulas, which I don’t know how to do. I do sum totals in individual columns but that’s all. Just a simple difference of expectations between he and I. We got everything sorted out shortly afterward. 😎
