Wanting to pull data from multiple csv files using 'get data'

To my knowledge the From Folder option isn't available on Mac (yet). Import data from additional data sources using Power Query in Excel for Mac is the Blog post MSFT updates when new features are released...
Power Query editor is available on Mac though. If you have knowledge in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powerquery-m/ you can achieve what you expect but will have to do (code) almost everything manually
