Voice selection for Excel text to voice

While Microsoft Word has the full selection of voices installed in the Settings app available to it for its Read Aloud function, Excel does not. The old Control Panel has a much more limited list of voice and it is only these that are available for the Excel Speak Cells function. Is there a way to make the full set of voices available to Excel, or alternatively add more to the Control Panel ? I am looking for Portuguese (Portugal) to be read by a Portuguese voice. Many thanks for all thoughts.

    The solution is posted here https://winaero.com/unlock-extra-voices-windows-10/  This will add your selected voice to the control panel's voices. There may be other references to the registry key, so select the right one.
