VLOOKUP

Hi guys! I am new here and I am studying IT. I have an assignment and I am struggling to see what I am doing wrong with my VLOOKUP formula. I have attached what I am being asked to do, I dont really think I want someone to tell me the answer but if possible could you guys let me know what I am doing wrong and if I am interpreting this correctly. Thank you!!!

    You are guessing what the formula should look like.
    Take a look at the help Excel is offering or the examples on the net.

      If anything is missing in formula or any part of the formula is missing, the VLOOKUP formula won’t work, and it will return the #VALUE error in the result. Check your formila and you'll missing entry
