VLookup

Hi, I need to use a simple Vlookup function to return a value. I've done it sucessfully but I have a problem. I'm trying to match a client address with a volunteer address to find the name of the volunteer. But I have multiple volunteers in the range with the same address, and the lookup only returns the first one. Is there any way to list more than one result when there is an exact match?
