Vlookup with possible nested If
Hello,
I am studying for an exam I am struggling with using a Vlookup. I have attached the instructions that were given to me to complete this assignment. I completely stuck and any help would be appreciated.

You need to create a VLOOKUP (without any nesting) using an "Approximate" match, which means the last argument of the VLOOKUP (Range Lookup) should be either TRUE or 1
