Vlookup with Drop down lists

Question

Hi all,&nbsp;I need to extract data from one spreadsheet (Test 1) to another (Test 2) using Vlookup. How will this work when one of the destination cells in Test 2 has been set up as a drop down list. The payband column is the one I am referring to. The cells highlighted in red in Test1 are the columns I want to extract data from and add them to Test 2 using Vlook up.&nbsp;Is Vlookup the best thing to use here? what about pivot tables?
