VLOOKUP use in offer - cell the same form and shape as the original

In Excel, I want to prepare a quote where I would automatically enter the data into the quote from a file containing all the data.

 

I have two problems that I cannot solve or cannot find a solution to.

Problem 1:

- is it possible to map a search file with Vlookup to have exactly the same look (different text colors in a cell)? The yellow highlighted cell would look the same as the original cell.

2. Problem:

Is it possible to add an extra row or 2 rows as indicated in red? If I have to offer more items ...
