Vlookup to add data to another tab

Hello,

 

I am trying to copy the account id data from the account ID tab to the SF tab.  But my Vlookup formula returns #n/a =VLOOKUP(A2,'Account ID'!A:B,2,FALSE)

 

What I am doing wrong ?

    hermy1 One of your sets of network IDs is formatted as text.  To fix, type a 1 in a cell not formatted as text, copy it, select the column, and Paste Special => Multiply.
