In B2:
=XLOOKUP(A2, 'Other Sheet'!$A:$A, 'Other Sheet'!$B:$B, "")
or if you do not have Microsoft 365 or Office 2021:
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A2, 'Other Sheet'!$A:$B, 2, FALSE), "")
Replace Other Sheet with the actual name of the sheet that already contains the phone numbers, then fill down.
