Very weird problem of print margin, need help !

I have a excel file, shared use by many users, the page is set print area and custom margin.

When I print, the print out is default margin (1.91 cm), not follow the custom margin (1 cm), I try to check everything before print. All seems normal, A4, custom margin etc.

But if I open on other users PCs, it will print out with custom margin (1 cm).

Same printer and print drivers (even print as Microsoft print to PDF), same excel 2016, same file, nobody modified. only my PC print out is wrong margin  (default 1.91 cm).

Any ideas to fix it?
