Versions that Have AutoComplete for Data Validation

Hello,

I have shared workbooks that could greatly be improved by having autocomplete for data validation, but it doesn't work for me. I've read various post about it working online, which it does for me but this particular workbook can't be edited in a browser for some reason (why is not clear to me at all). But, Office 365 users should also have it in the desktop app, which is our preference, but there's some desktop version that don't have it and won't get it.

It's not at all clear which versions get it and which versions don't. Can that be cleared up?

I have this version:

Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2308 Build 16.0.16731.20542) 64-bit

Should it work for me? If not, will it ever work?
