Variable cell formula

Is there a way to change the cell on a formula with a variable from another cell.

Ex. Getting the result of cell K11 if I have a value 11 on cell D1 and have it changed to get the result of K23 if the value of cell D1 changes to 23.

Something like =K(D1) ?

You can use this for the value in cell K11:

=INDIRECT(ADDRESS(D1,11))

=INDEX(K:K,D1)

You can use address function
=ADDRESS(D1,11)

  That gives me as a result K$11$ but not the value on cell K11,
