#VALUE! when I use Month fuction

It depends on regional settings on your computers. For US locale 10/13/2024 is recognized as date and MONTH() works, For other locales it recognizes as text and MONTH() returns an error.
If above dates are in the column you may convert them into the dates with Date->Text to Columns with type Date and MDY on third step.
