#value! error

hi,

I'm trying to use the bellow function:

=SUM(LEN(H47:CF47)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(H47:CF47,"!","")))

in one cell is working fine, but after clicking on function row and then enter,

I'm getting an error: #value!
