#VALUE! error in Word mail merge after using Geography to find zip codes and cities
Hi Everyone, I am trying to create address labels from a spreadsheet. I used Data>Geography to find zip codes and cities. Now when I create the mailing in Word, the city and zip code return "#VAL...
MikeTober Don't really use this functionality myself, but try this.
Select all you Geography data typed cells. Copy and paste somewhere else as VALUES. Now select that pasted range. Right-click (or two-finger click on the touch pad). Select "Data type", "Convert to Text".
That removes the map icons and converts everything to flat text. On Big Sur myself, so it should work for you as well.
