value Based sorting in Excel pivot table follows which order for equal values ?

Source table ,
pivot I created ,
value based sorting
3rd table -> ASC
4th table -> DES

It confusing to conclude in which order it follows for the equal values to sort labels
help me to figure out the logic ?
