Using the IF formula to change a cell's Color
I want to change the color of cell using multiple if. For example, if marks are <60 the cell color would be red. if marks>=60 and marks<75 then cell color would be Yellow and if Marks>=75 then it would be green. I don't want to use conditional formatting.

the only regular way to achieve this is using conditional formatting. If you don't want to use it, you would need to use VBA.
