Using IF function

Hello there! I was working on Microsoft Excel recently. I was trying to use IF function in it and when I attempted to use "greater than or equal to" symbol in the function, the output was "#NAME!!' all the time.

Can anyone please help use the greater than or equal to sign in the function while getting the correct output? Thank you!

    Please edit your post and share the Formula & sample data you are working with, help us to fix it.
    Also,, #NAME error appears when either you have misspelled the command since are RESERVE WORDs,, or quotes sign doesn't match with regional settings.
