Using Excel to draw plans
How do I set up an excel page so that the columns and rows are the same size so I can draw a a plan of a room and enter furniture to scale.

Islanderuk Press the small triangle above the row numbers and to the left of the column letters. This selects all cells in the sheet. Now hover the cursor over the line between two column letters. Click and drag to the required pixel width. Now set the row height to the same number of pixels, using a similar procedure by clicking on the line between row numbers.
