Is there any way for you to post either the actual file (assuming it has no proprietary info in it) or a facsimile of it--using fake names, etc to preserve confidentiality? It's likely that what you're asking can be done quite readily, but without seeing how that file you are working with is arranged, it's next to impossible to give any really practical suggestions.
