Using an answer value exclusively in another formula and copy down a column

I'm new at this!

 

I want to use a answer value from another multiplication formula "exclusively" and then have that formula copy down a column. How do I force this same value to appear in each formula down a column while multiplying those values?

    Also, the answer value that I want to use in the new multiplication formula is in another column of multiplication answers. If I create the first new formula using the value I select in the other column it works fine. As soon as I try to copy that formula down the column, it puts in the next answer down in the other column. I want it to only use the answer from the other column that I select.
