This is a panic situation. You can repair your Excel file by https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/open-a-document-after-a-file-corruption-error-47df9d48-2165-4411-a699-1786ac734bc3 method. It's an inbuilt utility provided by Microsoft Excel.
You can also delete the COM add-Ins from Excel. Follow these steps:
1. Open MS Excel
2. Click on File->Options
3. Select Add-Ins, select COM Add-ins from the list and remove them.
4. Save the changes.
If the manual ways won't able to fix the issue then, you can try the demo version of any Excel repair software. There are many software available to repair corrupt excel file, I know few of them:
