Password protection sits in "Save as". There you have "Options..." and you can choose to have no password.
Thank you! This solved a problem I have as well. It is a bit different, but your solution worked. I have a previously protected workbook that has now been unprotected, but I could not add any worksheets or change the structure of the workbook. Save as, options, and show all sheets solved the problem.
